| 1st Month is Prorated | Getting started is hard enough! Boardwalk pro-rates the first month's charges from the date of sign-up. |
| Wall vs Flow Minimums | Wall and Flow products have different minimum monthly usage levels. Wall requires a minimum of 10,000 visits per month and Flow requires a minimum 40,000 visits per month. The difference reflects the base volumes needed to optimize typical examples of each use of the platform. |
| Wall and Flow | Customers using both Wall and Flow functionality, select the Flow package. Credits are pooled, and there is no difference between Wall and Flow visit pricing. |
| Yearly Discount | Buying a package yearly subscribes for 12 months with an automatic 25% discount off published per-visit rates. |
| No Overages | There are no overage fees. Price per visit pricing scales with monthly volume. |
| Downgrade | Applies only to month-to-month customers. If a previous month reached a higher tier, a 30-day grace period applies before pricing falls back to the lower tier. Tier increments remain unchanged. |
| Services | $1,000 for 5 hours or $220 per hour and includes all types of services from integration engineering, to design, to consulting. |
